• Late Arrivals: A €5 late fee applies if you arrive over 10 minutes late to your appointment.
• Cancellations/Reschedules: Must be made at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time.
• No-Shows: A €10 no-show fee will be added to your next appointment if you miss a booking without notice.
